Tim graduated from Oxford University and following an early career as a Management Consultant with KPMG Consulting, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009.  From 2011, he worked with Stuart Bremner in establishing and growing the Bremner Partnership.

Over the past seventeen years, Tim has delivered prestigious projects across a number of sectors with a particular focus on educational clients in Cambridge and East Anglia.  This experience includes delivering multiple successful projects for the University of Cambridge, Homerton College and Fitzwilliam College.
